DAY 5 in Kumasi: Brainstorming, Problem solving and Practical work

Day 5 of the Recycle Up! Ghana Kumasi camp started with breakfast at exactly 7:30 am, after which the participants were grouped to identify problems in the Recycle Up your School project and possible solutions to these problems. Mr. David from the Seers Foundation, gave lectures on Problem solving and Brainstorming. The participants were also taken through series of brainstorming and problem solving exercises. CAPE COAST

The day started very early. As early as 7:00 am, Participants had their breakfast and were ready to start the Day’s activities. The first place the whole team visited was a waste disposal site at Nkanfoa, a suburb of Cape Coast. They were led by Mr. Asabre Charles Ampomah of the Cape Coast Municipal Assembly. He spoke about how waste is being disposed at the site and some measures the Assembly has put in place to effectively manage.
